We accept payments by credit/debit cards issued by any country.
After you have placed the order, we will contact you to confirm the order details and then we will send you a link to make the payment. The payment amount will be in USD, so if the currency of your card is different, you will be charged in USD according to the exchange rate of your bank as of the date of payment.
The payment receipt will be sent to your email.
Delivery
Delivery charges are not included into the product price and are determined by the total weight of your order.
Once you have placed your order, our team calculates the total gross weight of your order and informs you the total cost of your order including the cost of delivery.
The weight indicated in your order is an approximate net weight of the ordered items. We use gross weight for calculating the delivery charges which may be from 1 to 4 kilos more than the net weight indicated in your order. Gross weight includes the weight of material itself, standard packaging, additional packaging to ensure the items safety during transportation at the long distance and the necessary documents that go along with the parcel.
International orders are shipped via carriers Boxberry, DHL or Post of Russia.
Once the package is shipped, we provide you with the tracking number. You can use this number as a reference to track your parcel all along its journey to you and when addressing carrier or customs office regarding your parcel.
When purchasing goods from another country you may be required to pay duties and taxes imposed by import law of your country, and also perform necessary import customs clearance procedures - these are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check this with your local authorities in advance. Terms of delivery are DAP Incoterms, HS codes for the goods are: Water-based decorative plaster for sculptural painting - HS code 3214900009; Palette knives for artists - HS code 8205598099.
We pack the products well enough to ensure their safety during transportation, we cannot however guarantee the parcel is treated with due care at all stages of delivery. So we strongly advise to check the parcels upon receipt in the presence of the delivery courier and file immediate complaints to the carrier if any of the items get damaged during transportation. If you find out that the parcel was damaged during delivery you can apply for compensation to the carrier.
Please be aware that we do not provide delivery services ourselves so we do not bear any responsibility for the terms and quality of delivery. We will not be able to compensate you both the cost of package and delivery in case the package is lost by the carrier, damaged in any way during delivery, or returned to sender.
