Delivery and payment


We accept payments by credit/debit cards issued by any country.

After you have placed the order, we will contact you to confirm the order details and then we will send you a link to make the payment. The payment amount will be in USD, so if the currency of your card is different, you will be charged in USD according to the exchange rate of your bank as of the date of payment.

The payment receipt will be sent to your email.

You can also pay via PayPal, in this case 20% will be added to the order amount as a payment system fee.


Once you have placed your order, our team calculates the total gross weight of your order and informs you the cost of shipping of the same.

The weight indicated in your order is an approximate net weight of the ordered items.

We use gross weight for calculating the delivery charges which may be from 1 to 4 kilos more than the net weight indicated in your order. Gross weight includes the weight of material itself, standard packaging, additional packaging to ensure the items safety during transportation at the long distance and the necessary documents that go along with the parcel.

When purchasing goods from another country you may be required to pay duties and taxes imposed by import law of your country, upon receipt of your order. Please check this with your local authorities in advance.

International orders are shipped via Russian Post, or such carriers as Boxberry or DHL.

Once the package is shipped, we provide you with the tracking number. You can use this number as a reference to track your parcel all along its journey to you and when addressing carrier or customs office regarding your parcel.

We pack the products well enough to ensure their safety during transportation, we cannot however guarantee the parcel is treated with due care at all stages of delivery. So we advise to check the parcels upon receipt and file immediate complaints to the carrier if any of the items get damaged during transportation.

Please be aware that we do not provide delivery services ourselves so we do not bear any responsibility for the terms and quality of delivery. We will not be able to compensate you both the cost of package and delivery in case the package is lost by the carrier, damaged in any way during delivery, or returned to sender. We can resend the package if it is returned to us in good condition, if you pay the delivery charges again.
